In the Community

Members of the Society assisted the Nonantum Children’s Christmas Party Association with putting American Flags up along Watertown and Adams Streets in Nonantum on Tuesday, in preparation for Memorial Day.

On Monday, May 11th, the Society dropped off a food donation to the Boys and Girls Club. The club has been distributing food to 25 families in the community since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Valentines Day, February 14th, 2020, members were on hand to present a donation to The Legit Band at their fundraiser benefiting the Waltham High School Show Band.

On Thursday, December 12th, 2019 members of the St Mary of Carmen Society shopped for toys for children/families in need of various ages.

This years lighting of Coletti-Magni Park was held on Sunday, December 8th. It was well attended despite a cold night and enjoyed by all! Congratulations to the NCCPA on all of your hard work!

The St Mary of Carmen Society has many fundraisers throughout the year to raise money to support our community. One of those is our Christmas Tree Fundraiser! In 2019 we were able to offer any tree for just $40!

The St Mary of Carmen Society and its members are proud to continue to support the Nonantum Children’s Christmas Party Association. On Thursday December 5th members helped bring Santa home to Coletti-Magni Park.
