With a heavy heart the St Mary of Carmen Society mourns one of our icon’s. Daughter of founding members Pasquale (men’s order) and Giovanina (women’s order) Marrocco, Olympia Marrocco Pasquarosa, has passed away at 101 years young.

It’s with a heavy heart we say goodbye to lifetime Nonantum resident Filomena Annese Carpenter. We recently had the great honor of celebrating her 100th birthday together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your loved ones. She’s with La Madonna now, always watching over us, Benedici.

We presented her with pink carnations, a card, a society mask and a citation.
